Sign-on for the Summer 2011/2012 Season will be Sunday 14th August, 2011 between 10.00am and 2.00pm and Friday 19th August, 2011 between 5.30pm and 8.30pm at our Clubhouse in Zammit St. Deception Bay.  Friday 19th will also double as an Orientation night for new athletes and families in which each type of different event will be set up so new athletes can try each event, and parents can get an overview on each event and the duties required for helping on Friday night competition.

Deception Bay Little Athletics has now increased it's membership to include the U16 & U17 age groups. If you are aged 5 to 16 please come down to our sign-ons on the above dates and have a talk to our members about joining Deception Bay Little Athletics.

There will be Committee Members on hand to answer any questions you might have regarding Deception Bay Little Athletics.
So come along for a no obligation chat and find out if Little Athletics is the right sport for your children.

For those who are unable to attend the pre-season sign-ons, you are most welcome to come along on any Friday Competition night. The cost of the TWO night's trial is $5.00 per family per night. Registrations for new and previous members are conducted on any Friday Competition night.

The first night of Athletic competition for the Centre will be Friday 26th August 2011 with warm ups commencing at 5.50pm.
The office will be open from 5.00pm

IMPORTANT - If you are a new member to Deception Bay Little Athletics, don't forget your proof of age documentation as you will not be able to register without it.

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS

This form is required for new registrations as well as re-registrations from previous seasons.

1.  Download and complete the registration forms available below.

2.  Bring the completed form to the Centre when registering along with:

• Fees due (You can calculate the fees due by refering to the Fees page).
  
• Proof of Age documentation (only required when registering for the first time with the Centre).
  
• Any "Blue Cards" nominated on the form.
  

If you have Microsoft Word installed on your PC:

1. Download/Open the Word Doc registration form below (You must have Microsoft Word to open)

2. Fill in all the fields as appropriate on the form. Leave the age group and areas marked "Centre Use only:" blank

3. Print a copy and bring it along when registering, or if you are unable to print the form, send an email at least 3 days before registering at the Centre to dbaylac(at)yahoo com au. Include the form as an attachment to the email.
